They are cheap, they are fun, and you are supporting a good cause - how could you go wrong with that? One thing not mentioned here that is one of my favorites, hands down, is the band competitions. These things are simply amazing to watch. High School bands from all over the state come to compete against each other. You have dancing, flame throwing, marching, and some serious music. Its a full days event for like $10. You support the kids and music. Great fun! I love school plays from high school musicals to local college productions.
