I’m so worried about the direction our love ones are headed in nowadays. Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution on tv the other day scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some healthy recipe like these at home if we’re going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it’s the first time my family has eaten well in so long, I just feel great.

Mexican Pot Pie, my family loves this one- the kids really dig!

1.5 pounds ground beef, or turkey. I like less fat!
2 tbs ground cumin, garlic salt, pepper
    1can diced tomatoes
    1 can cream corn
1can beans, i prefer kidney beans- light or dark. What ever you like
Corn bread, prepare batter according to directions

Fry meat, add spices and tomatoes cook for a minute. Add corn and beans, turn into a 13inch baking dish, pour corn bread batter over mixture. Bake according to corn bread directions, just check until done! Serve with a salad, enjoy!
