I made this up over the summer, while my herb garden was at its most bountiful
place into blender 1/2 cup each spearmint, pineapple sage, and lemon balm leaves. If you are without any, use more of what you have. feel free to toss in any fresh fruit you need to get rid of too!
process til smooth with 1 cup liqour of choice. I usually use white rum and/or vodka
add 4-6 cups ice and blend til relatively smooth.
add juice of choice. I usually use homemade hibiscus tea. If your juice isn't sweet, also add in simple syrup or agave or honey.
Mix equal parts Cinnamon Schnapps & Irish Cream (Bailey's) in shaker over ice. Shake, strain into glass. Tastes just like Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing!
try ice in a blender with a good splash of jack and tequila and strawberry daq mix blend fine and add a straw goes down nice and easy and floors u later
I use to bartend, so this is MY original recipe. It's called:
Banana Cream Pie
2 oz Bananna Liquor 2 oz Bailey's Cream 1 oz half & half
Mix all ingredients in a mixer on ice. Shake vigorously (bruise it). Pour into martini glass & enjoy. If you want to make it look extra cute add a small swirl of whipped cream as a topper.
This non-alcoholic mix was created by my brother on December 15, 2009, three days before he lost a short but valiant battle with brain cancer. We call it the Comfort Coctail.
1 part hot coffee 1 part hot chocolate
Mix together and stir in 1 Werther's Original candy.
Cheap & Easy (The Drink, Not Me!) Margaritas for 4
In blender, pour in one can of frozen lime-ade concentrate (generic is fine). Crack open a bottle of tequila, whatever brand you happen to have is fine. Sample to make sure it's still good. Pour 6-8 ounces of tequila into blender. Sample tequila again. Add 2 ounces Triple Sec to blender. Check tequila again. Fill blender with ice. Find four margarita glasses, salt the rims. Check tequila. Turn on blender. Slice limes. Check tequila. Turn off blender. Pour equal amounts margarita into 4 glasses. Add lime and filberts, as desired. Drink margaritas, chased with beer. Repeat process as needed. Goes great with taco dip and chips!
We Call This A Shark Bite: One Part Malibu One Part Pineapple Juice One Part 99 Bananas Splash of Grenadine
Mix the Juice and Liquors together and pour over ice. Splash a teeney bit of Grenadine into the drink and let it drip slowly to the bottom of the glass like blood in water. It is called a shark bite because if you drink too many it “bites you in the ass” sooner then later

When Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace prize it piqued our interest. While we’re optimists by nature, we found ourselves a little worried. You know when a story climaxes too soon, the end result isn’t very satisfying. And we have very high...
